Shipping:

How do I track my order?
Once an order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track where your order is. If you have questions, please email orders@betterdoor.com with your order number.

How are my orders shipped?
Depending on the size of the products you order, your order will be shipped either UPS or USPS.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We do our best to fill orders within 3-4 business days. From there, your ship time is dependent upon the shipping method you select at checkout.

Returns:

Can I return my order?
Yes, please see our return policy for the proper procedure to return your unused products within 60 days of purchase. *International orders are not eligible for returns.

What if I receive my package, but the product is incorrect or damaged?
If you receive an incorrect or damaged package, please take photographs and send them to returns@betterdoor.com with your order number. We will do our best to remedy the situation as soon as possible.
